Yes. Under Locations & Affiliations you add each campus, then each board affiliation it holds — affiliation number, type, validity — and tick the classes that affiliation covers, such as Pre-primary to 5, 6 to 8 or 9 to 12. Missing classes are created for you, and wherever two classes share a name the app shows which campus or board each belongs to.

There is one Android app for everyone in the school — director, principal, vice principal, teachers, accountant, office manager and parents all install the same app. After signing in, each person sees and can do only what their own role allows: a teacher sees their own classes, a parent only their own child. Devices pair with a one-time 12-character code. An iOS app for iPhone and iPad is coming soon.

Yes, on either. When a fee is collected, the Accountant or Director chooses the kind of printer and the receipt is sized for it: a full A4 page in your school's colours, a black-only half-page (A5) for dot-matrix printers, a 3-inch (80 mm) counter receipt, or a 2-inch slip on a 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer. The thermal printer connects straight from Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows, ChromeOS or Mac — no driver or extra app — and every slip carries your logo, is at most 5 inches long and leaves half an inch to tear off. On iPhone and iPad, receipts print through the normal print dialog.

Yes. The Director can post any teacher or staff member to several campuses, to a whole campus or to one board there, mark a primary location, and shift them in one step. Every change is emailed to the person and kept in the audit trail.

Yes. Campuses of one school share one portal (see above). Separate schools under a trust each get their own fully isolated portal and database, and group owners can be given access across them on request — contact us for the Enterprise plan.

Your Director can export all school data as CSV/ZIP at any time from the Data Export module — attendance, fees, students, results, everything. There's no lock-in.
